Incorrect Address/Returned Package
Original artwork is prepared and packed by hand. Processing time may vary by piece, size, framing and current Allison time zone :) Any unusual lead time should not be disclosed on the artwork listing or by email before shipment.
Shipping charges when applicable, are calculated or quoted before purchase. Oversized, framed, or especially fragile work may require a custom shipping quote. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Wheeler Works once a package is in the carrier’s possession.
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout.
If artwork arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact allison@wheelerworks.net within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the artwork, outer packaging, and shipping label so a carrier claim and resolution can be evaluated.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-sent because the address supplied at checkout was incomplete or incorrect.
International shipping is not offered unless specifically arranged in writing before purchase.
